This role is best suited for an experienced consultant who is creative, adaptive and solution-oriented.

You are fully empowered to build your industry relationships, identify prospects and pursue leads. We will coach you on your pursuits, help you close deals & work closely with you in delivering effective client outcomes. You can leverage us for sales insights, pricing models and articulation of value proposition apart from templates and tools to aid the business development and delivery process. Having served 25+ clients, we bring all our experience to help you succeed.

With over 100 engagements spread across 25+ clients, you can leverage our expertise, solution accelerators and frameworks to execute engagements. If you have subject matter expertise in an area we have not served before, we will guide you to create artefacts that are repeatable and help in execution. We’ll ensure your focus is always on the client and how they benefit from our engagement thereby ensuring your personal relationships are always in good stead.

Getting Started
Effilor’s core strength is a human centred approach. We need to connect well with our consultants and ensure we like each other and more importantly, we need to develop mutual trust. A reference call/meeting with your client or company superior will certainly help. This usually takes a few days to a few weeks depending on location and logistics.
