Our client is a leading software IT Services organization with clients across the globe. The company was looking to transform their middle management along five identified leadership competencies

Key Challenge

The challenges faced by the client were:

  • Buy-in from managers for such an intervention

  • To design a program that would cover managers from various disciplines

  • A program that would produce measurable results

Our Approach

We customized our flagship LEAP program to suit the client’s needs. The key features of the program were:

  • Structure approach to transformation using our proven 3-LEAP approach

  • Applied Learning. The sessions were structured around work products and case studies to ensure application and, not just theory

  • Relevant Learning. The assignments were designed for application in their work and not some theoretical exercises.

  • 30-60-90 day plans. We followed up the program with individual 30-60-90 day plans that would produce measurable outputs along identified competencies
