Pavitra brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of leadership advisory, organizational effectiveness, and CXO engagement, across consulting, corporate, and academic contexts.
Grounded in psychology and behavioral science, she helps organizations diagnose leadership and cultural fault lines and translate insight into meaningful change.
Previously, she led CXO engagements at Beingfulness, contributed to multi-year leadership and culture diagnostics at the Indian School of Business, and built AI-integrated frameworks for assessing culture and leadership effectiveness at Synente Labs.
She holds a Master's in Psychology, and is currently pursuing her MBA from IIM Bangalore.
